Center for Emotional Enlightenment
Learning you can put your hands on.
I’m a hands-on learner. I learn best when I can try something, ask questions, and experience how it works.
I created Center for Emotional Enlightenment, LLC for other therapists who learn like I do. It’s where I develop practical, experiential trainings that give you opportunities to participate, practice, and connect what you’re learning to the work you do with clients.
Bring the learning into the room.
My goal is for you to leave with more than notes.
Through guided activities, demonstrations, and opportunities to practice, these trainings help you become more comfortable using interventions in your own work.
We make room for questions, trying something again, and discussing how an intervention might fit different clients and situations.
Come curious. Try things out. Make the learning your own.
Bring intensives into your practice.
I’ve participated in therapy intensives since 2018 and offered them professionally since 2019. I bring both perspectives into helping therapists develop their own intensive services.
We can work on the practical pieces: determining fit, preparing clients, structuring extended sessions, planning breaks, discussing fees, and arranging follow-up care.
We’ll also explore how to use the approaches you’re already trained in within an intensive format, with attention to pacing and the client’s experience before, during, and after the work.
For therapists who want help turning an idea into a thoughtfully planned service.
CE availability and any prerequisite training are specified for each offering.

Learn together. Bring more into your work.
I love creating group trainings for practices that want hands-on continuing education for their therapists.
Learning with colleagues you already know gives you a chance to build on those relationships, practice together, and learn from one another’s perspectives.
We can shape a training around your team’s interests, the clients you serve, and interventions that complement the therapeutic approaches you already use. The focus is on expanding your skills and helping you feel more comfortable bringing those interventions into your sessions.
