You’ve invested in everyone and everything. Now it’s time to invest in yourself.

You’ve given your time, energy, and resources to the people and things that matter to you. But something you need keeps getting pushed to later.

A therapy intensive is dedicated time to work through what keeps you stuck and focus on the changes you want for yourself.

Together, we create movement so you can create change.

Give yourself more than whatever time is left.

You make things happen. You arrange the appointments, follow through on commitments, and find a way when something matters.

But your own needs can become something you’ll get to after the next deadline, when things settle down, or when everyone else is okay.

An intensive puts time for you on the calendar. Time to ask the questions you keep setting aside. Time to work with what hurts. Time to figure out what you want and what makes it difficult to choose it.

What would make this investment meaningful to you?

Maybe you want to stop replaying a painful experience.

Have a conversation without days of dread.

Set a limit without immediately taking it back.

We’ll identify what you want to be different and focus our work there.

Less emotional weight
Work toward memories and familiar situations feeling less overwhelming, so they take up less of your present life.

More trust in your decisions
Make room for your judgment without needing to explain every choice until someone else approves.

A different response to yourself
Meet a mistake, a difficult feeling, or an unmet need with something other than criticism.

Movement where you’ve felt stuck
Work with what gets in the way of the decisions, relationships, and changes that matter to you.

I know the work. I know what it asks of you.

I’ve been doing my own therapy intensives since 2018 and offering them since 2019. I know what it’s like to sit across from someone and hope they can help you reach something you haven’t been able to get to on your own.

I’ve worked hard to get to this side. That’s why I take your time, your trust, and your investment seriously.

I come into our work knowing what I bring. We’ll spend our time helping you figure out what you need, what you want, and what it will take to move toward it.

Dedicated time. Work shaped around you.

We begin with a required 75-minute intake to discuss your history, clarify your goals, and determine whether an intensive is the right fit.

During your intensive, we’ll have extended time for preparation, therapeutic work, reflection, and breaks. We’ll adjust the pace as we go and make time to settle before finishing.

Our work may include:

In-person therapy intensives

One, two, or three days · $275 per therapy hour

Days typically include 6–7 hours of therapy, depending on your needs. We’ll agree on your schedule, billable hours, and total investment before you book.

If attending your intensive requires travel and a hotel stay, you qualify for 15% off your intensive therapy fees. Travel and lodging are arranged and paid for separately.

What have you been waiting to give yourself?

Space to be honest about what hurts. Help with something you haven’t been able to shift alone. Time to hear yourself without immediately moving on to what someone else needs.

You can make room for that here.

Together, we create movement so you can create change.
